Frateran Bunda Hati Kudus merupakan Biara dari ordo BHK yang pertama didirikan di Indonesia. Asal keberadaan ordo BHK di Indonesia berawal dari kedatangan dua orang frater (misionaris katolik laki-laki) dari Konggregasi BHK, yakni Fr. Gregorius dan Fr. M. Wilfridus dari Belanda yang mendirikan Holland Chinese School tanggal 12 September 1928. Demi memiliki tuntutan desain oleh biro konsultan arsitektur Ed. Cuypers & Hulswit, semua material bangunan diangkut langsung dengan kapal laut dari kota Utrecht, Belanda. Gaya bangunannya pun banyak meniru gedung-gedung di salah satu kota besar di Belanda. Keaslian bangunan masih dijaga oleh pengelola hingga kini terbukti dengan tidak pernah diadakan renovasi pada bangunan induk.

Frateran Bunda Hati Kudus is the monastery of BHK ordo which is first established in Indonesia. The origin existence of BHK ordo in Indonesia started from the arrival by two of friary (men of Catholic missionary) from BHK Konggregasi, Fr. Gregorius and Fr. M. Wilfridus from Netherlands who built up Holland Chinese School, 12 September 1928. For the sake of having design demands by architecture Ed. Cuypers & Hulwit, all of the material building directly transported by ship from Utrecht, Netherlands. The style of building was imitated the building in one of largest city in Netherlands. The authenticity of building was still guarded by the Manager up to now proven to have never held the renovation on the building.
